Survivor 16 - Micronesia - Reality TV Forums at Survivor.com

Just got back from 4 amazing days on Palau. It is the 3rd trip this year. Palau is most definitely gearing up for the filming of Survivor. Met a few of the carpenters down there. Did some diving with them and had a few Red Rooster beers. Currently it is just the crew there. They are doing the building and such. The helicopter has been out doing some scene shots. Rumor with the locals and the dive guides - they are using the same Ulong Beach for one tribe . In 5 days they will start banning all dive boats from coming within a mile and a half of certain beaches and areas. Bummer for us divers! The survivors are suppose to be arriving in the next few weeks. Could not get an exact date on that. I do know the hotels are all full They are suppose to be putting up the cast-offs at a gorgeous resort called Carolines . It is very secluded. Except for the first player - they will be sent all the way home . I figure we will see some of the survivors here on Guam. Last time they sent them through here and chartered a Continental plane to get them to Palau.

Oh - and this is Rumored to be called Survivor Micronesia. They say it is going to be an All-Stars playing against a tribe of survivor fans that know it all . So - we will see. This info was from a few Aussie Carpenters after-all. The Palauans are telling me what they know. It should be great if it all happens
